How big should manga eyes be?

That depends how big you want them?
When I am doing eyes the eyes is so big that the character I am drawing looks mad... and usually my characters are happy.
Sometimes the eyes are perfect and when I am saying perfect they where perfect until a draw the mouth and she looks like... I dont know something it wasent supposed to look and when iI erase it.. It just get worse..
